Driving license class B/B197 already includes class AM. Accordingly, two-wheelers with a maximum of 50ccm and a maximum speed of up to 45km/h may be driven.

Class B allows you to drive vehicles with a maximum permissible total mass of 3500 kg. Many simply refer to this driver's license as a "car driver's license.

With class B you can drive a train combination up to a maximum of 4250 kg. The permissible total mass of the vehicle must not exceed 3500kg and that of the trailer must not exceed 750kg.

  • requirements

    To start training, you should be at least 16 1/2 years old. The driving license office requires an eye test, a first aid certificate, a passport photo and a copy of your identity card.

    The theory lessons take place 4 times a week from Monday to Thursday between 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

  • Practice

    We recommend that you start driving lessons as soon as you have submitted your driver's license application to us and have already completed half of the theory lessons.
